The progression

Eight levels. One color each.

Start with a level you can use all day. Move up when it feels easy, and keep the lighter rings in rotation for warm-ups and high-volume use.

Entry level

Amethyst

20–30 kg

The everyday starting point. Light enough for warm-ups and high-volume use at your desk.

Moderate

Cobalt

30–40 kg

For active people. The resistance starts to feel like real work.

Challenging

Slate

40–50 kg

Closing it consistently takes focus. Strong-hands territory begins here.

Advanced

Onyx

50–60 kg

A serious level that rewards patience and clean technique.

Elite

Nova

60–70 kg

Very few people close this on the first try.

Expert

Phantom

70–80 kg

For dedicated grip enthusiasts who want a real challenge.

Master

Void

80–90 kg

Rare territory, reserved for the most experienced users.

Legend

Singularity

90–100 kg

The top of the scale. Only a handful of people will ever close it.

Make it a habit

Small and constant beats big and rare.

Week 1

Leave it in sight

Put a ring on your desk, in your car, in your bag. Let your hand find it.

Weeks 2–4

Mix it up

Alternate crush, hold, pinch, twist and pull to vary the work.

Month 2+

Level up

When your ring feels easy across all movements, add the next color.

Ongoing

Keep the whole set

Rotate lighter rings for warm-ups and heavier ones for effort.

FAQ

Questions.

How do I use them? Is there a program?

No program. Keep a ring within reach and squeeze, pinch, twist or pull whenever your hand finds it.

Each ring has different resistance levels. How does that work?

Every ring covers a 10 kg range, so you can pick the intensity that suits you today. Start at the lower end and work up.

When do I move to the next level?

When your current ring feels easy across all the movements. Keep the lighter rings for warm-ups.

How long until I notice a difference?

It varies from person to person. Most people first notice better control and endurance in their hands. Consistency matters more than intensity.

How much time do I need each day?

A few minutes here and there. Regular, short use matters more than long sessions.

How do I clean them?

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, air dry, and keep away from direct heat.

Is the silicone safe for all-day use?

The rings are made of skin-friendly silicone. Stop using them and check with a doctor if you feel pain, or if you have a hand or wrist injury.

Which pack should I choose?

Starter has 3 rings (20–50 kg), Pro has 6 rings (20–80 kg) and Ultimate has 9 rings: all 8 levels (20–100 kg) plus one extra of your choice.
