How to request a refund

  2. We will reply within 48 hours with the return instructions.
  3. Send the item back in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your account.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost, including return shipping.

Return shipping

For returns that are not due to a defect or error on our side, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
