Forge Hands – Grip Ring Training System
Choose your pack
Train your grip without "training".
Strong hands used to come from daily work: carrying, gripping, twisting, holding. Most of us no longer live that way. Forge Hands brings that constant, low-effort hand activity back into your day — at your desk, in the car, on the couch.

Why it actually gets used
Most grip trainers end up in a drawer because they feel like exercise. Forge Hands is a soft, comfortable silicone ring that feels good to hold. Leave one within reach and your hand finds it on its own. No program, no rep counting.
Five ways to use it
- Crush – squeeze the ring closed
- Hold – keep tension for time
- Pinch – work the fingertips
- Twist – add rotation
- Pull – stretch it apart
A progression you can hold in your hand
Eight color-coded resistance levels, from 20 to 100 kg. Each ring covers a 10 kg range with 3 resistance marks (for example 20, 25 and 30 kg): you change the resistance by changing where you grip. Start with a level you can use all day, move up when it feels easy, and keep the lighter rings in rotation for warm-ups.

Questions.
How do I use them? Is there a program?
No program. Keep a ring within reach and squeeze, pinch, twist or pull whenever your hand finds it.
Each ring has different resistance levels. How does that work?
Every ring covers a 10 kg range, so you can pick the intensity that suits you today. Start at the lower end and work up.
When do I move to the next level?
When your current ring feels easy across all the movements. Keep the lighter rings for warm-ups.
How long until I notice a difference?
It varies from person to person. Most people first notice better control and endurance in their hands. Consistency matters more than intensity.
How much time do I need each day?
A few minutes here and there. Regular, short use matters more than long sessions.
How do I clean them?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, air dry, and keep away from direct heat.
Is the silicone safe for all-day use?
The rings are made of skin-friendly silicone. Stop using them and check with a doctor if you feel pain, or if you have a hand or wrist injury.
Which pack should I choose?
Starter has 3 rings (20–50 kg), Pro has 6 rings (20–80 kg) and Ultimate has 9 rings: all 8 levels (20–100 kg) plus one extra of your choice.
