Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on the IronClasp website by consumers. The seller's details are listed in our Legal Notice and Contact Information.

1. Products

The essential characteristics of each product are described on its product page. Offers are valid while stock lasts.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), all taxes included. Shipping is free. The price applied is the one displayed at the time of the order.

3. Ordering

You place an order by adding products to your cart, entering your details and confirming payment. The contract is formed once payment is accepted. A confirmation email summarizing your order is then sent to you.

4. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of ordering, through Shopify's secure checkout. Your card details are never stored by us.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address you provide, within the times stated in our Shipping Policy. If delivery is late beyond those times, you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason. To do so, email us at support@ironclasp.store with your order number and a clear statement of your decision. Return the product within 14 days of informing us. We refund all payments received within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the original payment method; we may wait until we receive the product back before refunding. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, and from the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). To use either guarantee, contact us by email with your order number and a description of the issue.

8. Liability

IronClasp is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products or failure to follow their instructions.

9. Customer service and complaints

For any question or complaint, email us at support@ironclasp.store. We aim to reply within 48 hours.

10. Consumer mediation

If a dispute cannot be resolved with our customer service, you may refer it free of charge to the following consumer mediator.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. EU consumers also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
